Hey there readers, it's Hubert here. Ever since I've step foot in the United Kingdom for school, I've always longed for Asian food. And ever since then, I've been trying to compile a full list of Asian restaurants in Norwich, which would be my go-to Asian food restaurants. I've only been here for a month or two so if you have any additional recommendations please comment below in the comments section!

First up on the list I'm pretty sure every student here at INTO UEA, both Asian and not, would already know about. Yes, I'm talking about that one Korean food restaurant that is always fully booked, the Kimchi (4A Brigg St, Norwich NR2 1QN).

They serve such good Army stew that it could quite literally warm your souls! I would also suggest all of you spice enthusiasts to try out their Chilli KFC Chicken, they serve it up warm and crispy with perfect seasoning, spicy enough to make you want more. And what's more obvious than to order a Bulgogi menu from a Korean restaurant.

Second up on this list would be the Chinese food restaurant located just 5-10 minutes walk from our beloved campus, on Colman Road, Lucky Wok (143 Colman Rd, Norwich NR4 7HA).

Although I've only been here twice, I really recommend trying out their Special Fried Rice. They mix together vegetables, beef, chicken, as well as pork. Just everything you need in a plate of rice, unless you're allergic to it that is. Another menu I really recommend is trying their Kung Pao Chicken, although it tastes more like a Sweet and Sour chicken, I guarantee you it's better than most of the Chinese restaurants I have eaten in Norwich.

Last on my list is Thai Lanna (24 Bridewell Alley, Norwich NR2 1AQ) located at the heart of Norwich City Centre. This Thai food restaurant serves just the right amount of spice you'd like in a Thai cuisine.

They have set prices for every menu, where you could customize the dish yourself by deciding which meat you would like as well as certain ingredients that you might not want in the dish. I recommend all of you to try their Pho Pia, fried spring rolls served with sweet and sour sauce as the starter. Then for the main course, I recommend you getting the Pad Thai. Sweet, hot noodles served up to you right after finishing the starters, the fried egg mixed into the cuisine was spectacular. You could choose different types of meat, beef, pork, chicken, or even king prawns.
